OneVit Iron is your daily nutritional safeguard against fatigue and tiredness, formulated using the most bioavailable form of iron available for quick and easy absorption.
Each OneVit Iron tablet delivers 14.7mg of ferrous fumarate to take the body’s production of ATP (the main fuel source for cells) to new heights, unlocking energy levels you might not have experienced before.
OneVit Iron also promotes the production of white blood cells to bolster your body’s immune strength, as well as haemoglobin to optimise oxygen transportation from your lungs to your muscles, tissues, and brain via your blood.
Given iron’s vital role in supporting blood oxygenation and cellular respiration, we decided to use the highest-quality elemental iron in OneVit Iron.
One serving of OneVit Iron per day is sufficient to prevent deficiency in a majority of people, provided it is taken consistently alongside a balanced diet.
Each serving of OneVit Iron contains:
- 14.7mg of Elemental Iron (from Ferrous Fumarate)
OneVit Iron is formulated for daily use. Take one tablet per day to keep tiredness and fatigue at bay.
ABOUT
Why OneVit Iron?
OneVit Iron supercharges the production of ATP, a molecule that energises your cells to ramp up your energy levels and keep you fuelled throughout the day.
By supporting the production of haemoglobin, OneVit Iron raises the bar for your body’s oxygen transportation, ensuring optimal oxygen levels in everything from your organs to your cells.
OneVit Iron can help to enhance oxygen transportation, leading to improved brain oxygenation. This boost in oxygen supply can sharpen cognitive clarity. Simply incorporate your daily serving of OneVit Iron into a balanced diet for optimal mental performance.
OneVit Iron helps synthesise a protein called myoglobin, which helps transport oxygen in muscle cells. This mechanism supports muscle growth and recovery, allowing the body to hit peak performance and recover swiftly, whether that’s after a gym session or a long day’s work.
OneVit Iron bolsters the body’s levels of T-cells, B-cells, and neutrophils - all of which help defend against infections that can be caused by the countless pathogens we encounter every day.

Ferrous fumarate is one of three forms of ferrous (iron) salts commonly used to fortify food products and supplements.
For OneVit, we chose ferrous fumarate over other ferrous salts because of its superior absorption, which can protect you from the adverse effects of an iron deficiency as best as possible.
Iron deficiency can cause varying degrees of fatigue. Depending on the extent of the deficiency, you may experience anything from mild fatigue to feeling as though you’ve just attempted a marathon on an empty tank.
This primarily occurs because of the role iron plays in the transportation of oxygen in your body. Iron is a vital component of haemoglobin - the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen molecules from the air you breathe to your muscles and organs, where it is used by cell mitochondria for energy production.
When your iron levels are below normal, your body struggles to produce enough healthy red blood cells, decreasing oxygen delivery to your muscles and causing your energy levels to plummet.
If you feel exhausted and find yourself out of breath sooner than usual, you may have low blood iron levels.
Dizziness, muscular weakness and pale skin can also indicate low iron - especially if you experience these symptoms after engaging in physical activity.
Our team of nutritionists and pharmacists agree that it’s better to take OneVit Iron on an empty stomach to optimise the body’s absorption of the elemental iron within each tablet.
This might mean taking OneVit Iron while you’re in a fasted state - which can be early in the morning, in the middle of the day, or late at night, depending on your lifestyle.
According to our review of the latest available research and the guidance we’ve received from the pharmacists and nutritionists we’ve partnered with, OneVit Iron can:
- Enhance the production of a molecular component of the haemoglobin protein called ‘haem’ to optimise oxygen transportation in your body1,2
- Protect muscle growth and repair by preventing disruptions to protein synthesis3
- Support the functioning of mitochondria - the primary source of energy within living cells4
If you have an iron deficiency, our team of nutritionists recommends taking OneVit Iron immediately.
It’s important to remember that OneVit Iron may cause constipation in children and contains a relatively high dose of elemental iron, specifically formulated for adult men and women. Therefore, we recommend that OneVit Iron be used only by individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Yes - for best results, take OneVit Iron every day. Consistency is the key to unlocking the full range of benefits and giving your body the support it needs to fight exhaustion and fatigue.
OneVit Iron provides immediate protection against an iron deficiency from the very first tablet, with noticeable improvements in energy levels manifesting anywhere from a few days to a few months.
The exact time frame depends on factors such as the unique physiology of the person taking them.
Ideally, you should take Onevit Iron first thing in the morning, while you’re still in a fasted state. Taking it on an empty stomach optimises its absorption and delivers the added benefit of giving you an energy boost to tackle the day head-on.
We recommend taking OneVit Iron with OneVit Vitamin B12, as both these supplements support red blood cell production and haemoglobin synthesis to keep the body oxygenated and help combat fatigue.
It’s also worth noting that Vitamin C enhances iron uptake in the intestines, making OneVit Vitamin C perfect for taking alongside OneVit Iron.
OneVit B Complex also deserves a mention here, as it contains vitamins B6, B12, and folate - all of which play a role in energy metabolism and red blood cell production, similar to OneVit Iron.
OneVit Iron is 100% vegan and vegetarian friendly, manufactured using high-grade ingredients under rigorous manufacturing settings to prevent cross-contamination.
We would recommend speaking with your doctor or midwife before taking OneVit Iron while you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.
There shouldn’t be any complications, but to be on the safe side, we’d recommend speaking with your doctor before taking OneVit Iron alongside medication.
