How to take the Womens Wellness Bundle
Vitamin D3 & K2
Take with breakfast. It's fat-soluble, meaning it's absorbed best alongside healthy fats. Yogurt with some seeds or nuts is a good option for instance.
B Complex
Take with breakfast alongside your D3 & K2. B vitamins help your body convert food into energy, and folate and B6 are important for hormone balance. Always take in the morning, as they can interfere with sleep if taken too late in the day.
Iron
Take with your main meal. Avoid tea, coffee, or dairy within 1 hour. Taking Iron with a Vitamin C source can also boost absorption.
Omega 3
