How to take the Hair Strength Bundle
Biotin
Take 1 tablet with or after breakfast. Biotin is water-soluble, so you can technically take it at any time during the day, but adding it to your morning routine is convenient for most people.
Iron
Take Iron with any main meal. Avoid dairy, tea, or coffee within an hour of eating. These can reduce how much your body absorbs. A Vitamin C source at the same time can help absorb more Iron.
Marine Collagen Complex
Take with lunch or dinner. Pairing collagen with a Vitamin C source (such as a small glass of orange juice or a handful of berries) helps your body make the most of it.

Yes, they can be taken together. Vitamin C is well recognised as supporting non-haem iron absorption, so taking the Marine Collagen Complex alongside the iron tablet is a sensible pairing. If you take magnesium separately, spacing iron away from magnesium slightly may improve absorption of both.
Iron and Vitamin D3 & K2 are suitable for vegans. Marine Collagen Complex is derived from fish and is therefore not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
It is suitable for anyone, but it is particularly relevant for women of childbearing age, who have higher iron requirements and are among the most commonly affected by iron deficiency in the UK.
