How to take the Energise Me Trio Bundle
Vitamin D3 & K2
Take 1 tablet with breakfast. Vitamin D3 is fat-soluble, so it absorbs best alongside a meal that contains some healthy fat. Eggs, avocado, or whole milk all work well.
Iron
Take 1 tablet with lunch or dinner. Avoid tea, coffee, or dairy within 1 hour of taking iron. These contain compounds that significantly reduce how much iron is absorbed. On the other hand, a small amount of Vitamin C - a glass of orange juice for example - is beneficial for absorption.
Magnesium
